2. Scope of Service landwanted.au is a property sourcing service. We act as a conduit to connect South Australian landowners with private, qualified buyers. I work on behalf of specific buyer mandates.

3. Exclusive to South Australia Our services, buyer network, and property sourcing operations are exclusively limited to the state of South Australia property transactions. We do not facilitate transactions or provide sourcing for land located outside of South Australian borders.

4. No Professional Advice The content on this website is for general information only. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Property transactions are significant financial commitments, we strongly recommend that all sellers and buyers seek independent legal and financial advice before entering into any contract.

5. No Commission for Sellers We operate on a "No Seller Commission" model. Our fees are generally covered by our buyer network via exclusive mandates. Any variations to this would be clearly outlined in a separate, written agreement before any transaction occurs.

6. Privacy & Data Handling We value your privacy. While our forms are configured not to collect email addresses automatically, any personal information you provide (such as name, phone number, or property details) is used solely for the purpose of assessing your land's suitability for our buyer network.
